MARIE BURSON (Dance Director):
Marie Burson has been dancing for over 20 years. She started as a figure skater and gymnast, before finding her love of dance. Marie has danced in Ballroom competitions throughout the U.S.; in Cologne, Germany; and at the 2011 World Championships in Blackpool, England. Her students dance at the highest levels in competition, and consistently place in the finals. Marie is well regarded as one of the best dance instructors of the Phoenix area. She is known for making students at any level feel comfortable and confident as they grow and develop their skills.
CHAD BURSON:
Chad Burson has been dancing for over 20 years. His sincere and inspirational approach to dance makes the group class experience as much fun as it is informative. Chad’s competitive students always achieve high marks, while students learning for wedding dances and social dancing find their dancing is easier and more enjoyable.
MICHAEL & AMBER CROSS:
Michael & Amber Cross are Arizona’s premier swing couple. They have been dancing together for over 30 years. They are members of the Greater Phoenix Swing Dance Club as well as Co-founders of the Rocky Mountain Swing Club in Denver.
Michael & Amber are two of the Valley’s finest social dance instructors specializing in Swing, Hustle, Nightclub Two-Step, Cha Cha, and Salsa.
Their long list of achievements include: US National Swing Dance Champions, Undefeated Colorado State Champions and Three-time performers for the Feather Awards as well as being the coaches and choreographers for 1995 and 1996 Junior Champions.
Michael & Amber also travel the States working as National Judges and Workshop Teachers.
